Mr. Luc Le Cabellec, director of the Philippines Country Office of AFD - French Agency for Development (Agence française de développement), visited Davao City from February 9 to 11 in order to attend the annual conference of the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) and to discuss financing opportunities in the water and sanitation sector. On the sidelines of this event, Mr. Le Cabellec also met with senior representatives of the local city government and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) to discuss areas of cooperation in sustainable urban development.
